Returns & Exchange for Traditional Colombian Crafts
At Colombian Native Craft, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our authentic traditional Colombian crafts. Each product is carefully handmade by skilled Colombian artisans, and we take great pride in the quality of our work. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our clear returns & exchange policy.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our returns & exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition.

The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
We want you to be happy with every purchase, even discounted ones. Therefore, sale items are also eligible for refunds under the same terms as regular priced items.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
